Alex Moncuit acquired a few acres at the Mesnil-sur-Oger and began growing the vines. Without knowing it, he writes the first page of a beautiful family history.

Alex's son, Pierre Moncuit, convinced by the quality of his terroir, decided to make his own wines and commercialize them under his name. His wife, Odile Moncuit-Delos, assists him on the commercial part, the reception of customers... The Cuvée Pierre Moncuit-Delos pays tribute to him.

1977
Nicole, Pierre's daughter, joins the estate. She quickly became passionate about growing vines and winemaking.

Yves, joins his sister in the adventure and takes over the marketing.

1982
In 1982, due to health problems, Pierre left Nicole the complete management of the technical part. She then signed her first vintage. A vintage immediately praised by critics as it won a gold medal in an international contest. This appreciation, combined with Yves' efforts, will enable the commercialization of Champagne Pierre Moncuit in France and abroad.

2007
Valérie Charpentier, Nicole's daughter, joins the duo to take over from her mother and uncle in the overall management of the estate. She collaborates with Yves for marketing and with Nicole for viticulture and winemaking.
That same year, the Champagne Pierre Moncuit teamed up with a new winery. A modern winery, serving the requirements of the house. This new winery allows an optimal insulation of the plots until bottling.

2016
On Valérie's initiative, the company decided to develop a separate vintage from a Clos she owns on the Vertus vineyard, still in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Omen of a beautiful vintage to come, with special winemaking... To follow.
